This day was born from my own journey. I’m Tammy – a practitioner with over 15 years of experience. I took a break from clinical work to focus on mentoring, and then decided it was time to come back.

I thought it would be simple.

But with so many ways to start over, I found myself practically working full-time just to research my options.

Then came the endless forms, each one leading to yet another round of emails asking for more documents to support the documents I’d already sent.

It shouldn’t be this hard to find your way back.

I know this landscape well.

I’ve navigated these paths before.

And if it’s this challenging for someone like me, I can only imagine how overwhelming it must feel for someone just starting out – without a map to guide them.

So I reached out, calling for a gathering of people who shared this vision. And they answered.
