I’m talking to all the world-changing, purpose-driven, crazy passionate entrepreneurs. Those with incredible vision and a deep knowing that what they are doing is changing the lives of their community, whether it’s family, local, global or galactic.
There is an epidemic in the entrepreneurial world that is slowly killing us one by one… and it’s insidious.
It’s the #drive #hustle #pushthrough #nomatterwhat mentality that becomes our physicality and perpetuates #burnout.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop there, burn out is just the beginning… exhaustion, brain fog, thyroid conditions, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmunity and more.
We embody our entrepreneurial journey.
The addiction to adrenaline is contagious too, we share it with our entrepreneurial friends.
This has to change.
You are here to do big things and this awesome body of yours is along for the ride…
I believe …
… in applying your own oxygen mask before applying it to your business.
… in waking up refreshed and serving from our overflow.
… in nourishing our cells, ourselves and our clients
… in fun inside and outside business
… that your uniqueness is the essence of health – honouring your genetics, medical history, strengths, gifts and talents allows for a unique healing
… your body can do exactly as it needs to, given the right environment.
… the health of your body and the health of your business are intricately linked.
… in showing up every day, as the best version of you possible, from a cellular level.
… serving your cells, allows for serving your clients.
… you are your own specialist, no one knows you better than you.
… in trusting the process.
What I believe..
WE only have one life. Each of us. (Full Stop. Period.) When it will end we know not.
How it will end – we fear.
But as we all know, we can leave a legacy to future generations.
WE strive to do the best for our Family, Ourselves and hopefully our Community. True or False?
WE all have one physical Body, a Mind, and a Soul with which we must work to achieve our objectives.
These are the materials we have to work with – in this life. What are the tools you are going to use to fashion this material?
What is your priority to improve and maintain You
Is not the material (Body, Mind, Soul) on which you work each day of equal import?
Is your Body, Mind and Soul receiving equal attention? (You really know what you are ignoring). Get over the denial.
Do you have a plan, for the future, to turn this around?
Can any part of the Body, Mind and Soul continue without the other?
Is the Legacy – we are all building upon – restricted to this life?
Maturity Test: The person that dies with the most toys wins.”” True or False?
Out on Macquarie Street: Do you walk past a homeless person? Is she different to you? WHY?
Can’t we all look back to a time, where without a twist of fate, we could have been where she is?
An entrepreneur is defined as someone who takes risks. What risks are you taking in supporting someone who is trying to improve herself? Take the risk without promise of reward. What do you have to lose?
You have then helped One – can you help many? You are an Entrepreneur.
Finally: Do well for yourself, your family and your community without seeking reward.
Look after the only body you have, develop the only mind you have, and THE Soul will grow.
Just a few thoughts…ignore them if you wish…
Do well for yourself, your family and your community without seeking reward.
Look after the only body you have, develop the only mind you have, and THE Soul will grow
– I love it Ken
