My business has evolved in so many ways over the years as I’ve grown as an entrepreneur. And if I could pass one important lesson on to every practitioner or entrepreneur I meet – it would be this one: why self-care is important.

Are you surprised?

I’m sure this would have been much different back when I first started my business. But through the years, the ups and downs, and the lessons learned – this one always comes back around.

The sad truth is – if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t really take care of anyone or anything else. So self-care needs to be your first priority, even before helping others.

Look, I’ve struggled with burnout myself – more than once. And I know many others who have, as well. Frankly, it’s an ongoing problem for entrepreneurs and business owners in general.

But it doesn’t have to be a foregone conclusion. There are things you can do to set yourself up for success AND keep yourself healthy – mentally and physically.

This is a topic I’m passionate about, which is why I’ve written about it so many times. So I want to share with you my best articles on this topic to help you understand why self-care is so important AND share some things you can do to keep burnout from happening in the first place.

Ready? Let’s do this.
